Portfolio for 2025 events

Hello! My name is Anna Lednow, and I’m the creator behind Créations Inkpicx, a small art business based in Quebec City. I aim to get my first-ever table at a convention, and I’m incredibly excited at the opportunity to share my work with the vibrant community that makes events like Comiccon, G-Anime, Nadeshicon and Otakuthon so special. As a passionate artist, I’m eager to bring unique, heartfelt creations that reflect both my love for japanese culture and my personal passion for drawing. I'll be helped by my fiancé, Alexandre Vaillancourt, for completing my application and as a helper during any event.

It is a life and career goal of mine to have an artist table since the first time I went to Otakuthon in 2009, Comiccon in 2010 and Nadeshicon in 2022. I'm going all-out with this goal and now reaching for new heights; I'm trying my luck for G-Anime 2026!

Merch for Anime/Gaming Event

Poster, Alupanel and Canvas (14 shown artworks, 13 more planned: goal is 25 artworks)

We are excited to bring this homemade and local product to a futur event! We partner with a local printer (which I work for and partner with for more than a year) and we developped streched canvas with our printed illustrations on them! We will also bring posters made with quality paper and rigid posters made with ACM (3mm thermoplastic core with a thin layer of white aluminium coating) Production of canvas is estimated at 4 weeks and time for production/printing estimated at 2 weeks.

Manufactured Non-Clothing Textile (0 shown, 6 planned design)

Large mousepads with custom prints made with our own heatpress (one example on the table display mockup). Further tests are needed to optimize the transfer on mousepads, but the actual mockups are great enough to be able to plan this merch for an event. An order is ready to be placed at a supplier as soon as a table is granted. Estimated time for illustrations is 3 weeks (which we will be waiting on the ordered batch) and estimated time of heat-transfering is 4 days. We are looking into a new way to print on the large mousepads with our local partner: we can't say more except it's a secret! :3

Manufactured Clothing, Apparel (0 shown, 4 planned design)

Hoodies with custom prints made with our own heatpress (one example on the table display mockup). A batch of S, M and L hoodies is ready to be ordered as soon as we get a confirmation for a table. Further tests are needed to see if we can customize more the hoodies (ex: sleeves), but front and back heattransfer are working well. Estimated time needed to finish the 4 designs is 5 weeks (which we will be waiting on the ordered batch) and the production time is estimated at 1 week.

Coasters (1 shown artworks, 23 more planned: goal is 4x6 artworks)

As a final product, we plan on producing Coasters in small collections of 4 to 6 different images. We are currently working on fixing the details, but we are sure progressing fast when it comes to designing the perfect prototype! Estimated time needed to finish the 4 sets of 6 designs is 5 weeks (plus the material which we will be waiting on when ordered) and the production time is estimated at 1 week.

Table Stand Mockup

We plan to bring posters made with ACM and quality paper that will be on easy access for attendees, plus some canvas on display. The back of the table (behind the artist) will have a display cloth fixated on two poles, showing all available artworks for posters. A coaster display and a large mousepad stand will be set up on the table. Examples of custom-printed hoodies and a catalogue will be on sight. This is one of the multiple Table Stand we can do, depending on the placement.

How we plan do be ready for an event:

I am a passionate artist planning 25 high-quality print/Alupanel/canvas artworks, 4 sets of 6 curated coaster sets, 6 large mousepad designs, and 4 hoodie designs, with production managed locally and in-house. Our booth will feature a professionally laid-out table with vertical displays, sample showcases, and a variety of merchandise to attract different types of attendees. We are fully prepared for our first artist table and are excited to contribute to its vibrant artistic community.

I am already designing the table cloth, vertical display and the extra business cards, the production orders are already negociated for these aspects. The payment system (Shopify POS system) is ready and I am negociating a partnership with a local store to possibly produce small artworks on gloss paper (6"x4") as free handouts!
